Denison University presents "Nola 46: Twelve Stories from the End of World War II" by Lafayette Haymaker.

A collection of twelve closely related, reflective, racy, sometimes hilarious short stories set in New Orleans at the end of World War II. They recapture the brief postlude in 1945 and 1946 between war and peace. Most importantly, they celebrate the sensuous, socializing influences of the old city of New Orleans.
