Return Policy

Need to make a return? No worries! All the details are below. All refunds or exchanges
require a valid receipt or packing slip. And sorry, shipping and handling fees are not
refundable.

To Return/Exchange Merchandise:

• Items must be in new condition, not worn or washed with tags attached.
• Damaged items or incorrect items may be eligible for shipping refunds, please
  contact us.
• Include a copy of the packing slip or e-mail confirmation. If you don’t have the
  packing slip or e-mail confirmation, please include a note with your name, order
  number, phone number and e-mail address.
• Shipping costs to exchange and/or return items are the responsibility of the
  customer. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments. Please use a
  trackable and insured shipping method. Keep tracking information and receipt
  until your refund is processed.
• Once the return is received, refunds will be issued to the original form of
  payment.
